Used Skyjack Boom Lifts Fontana

Skyjack started to make scissor lift platforms back in the year 1986. The company continued to manufacture their product throughout the 1990s, becoming a world leader in the aerial lift industry sector. Eventually, Skyjack grew to over thirty percent market share overall. Even now, the company maintains their dominance as a key player who has quickly adapted to the changing face of the industrial machinery industry.

Factors such as their commitment to reliability and quality have been key to Skyjacks solid reputation. They are recognized worldwide as being the maker of the best scissor lifts in the globe. The Skyjack product line is manufactured and sold all over the globe.

Linamar Corporation, known as LNR on the TSX, purchased Skyjack during the month of August the year 2002. Linamar is best known for its production of modules, assemblies and precision-machined components. Linamar's solid balance sheet offers Skyjack with long-term stability and increased strength overall. Skyjack presently has production facilities in the USA, Fontana and Hungary with support offices in Europe and Asia.

The company has many self-propelled scissor lifts in its lineup, with models that could work at heights up to 56ft. Skyjack became a leader in the business by providing equipment features that combined durability, serviceability, quality and service, making Skyjack scissor lifts recognized all around the world for product dependability. The company's current Boom lift model lineup consists of telescopic booms. These models offer telescopic booms that feature work heights ranging from 45 to 71 feet. The company has plans to further expand the boom lift product line in the future.

In August the year 2007, the purchase of Volvo's Material Handling Equipment business complements the purchase of Carelift Equipment. This business acquisition expands Skyjack's Telehandler product offering causing the additional Zoom Boom series and the VR series telehandlers. These acquisitions provide the company an opportunity to grow with the additional manufacturing capacity. Skyjack continues to lead the way within the industry, providing reliable lift solutions.
