End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are common in the material handling industry for their extreme flexibility. These equipment have superior performance characteristics that are quite like sit-down electric forklift models.
Ideally, these forklift truck models are suitable for warehousing operation settings which have limited space. Their working aisle requirements are usually less than those required of a three-wheel electric forklift truck. These machinery are an ideal alternative for applications that need regular on and off access, since their stand-up design is an exceptional characteristic.
The reach truck is a loading equipment utilized by various companies which maintain a storage facility which involves the arrangement of finished products on pallets and materials which are stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck provides safe and simple retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also an excellent alternative for people who prefer to store pallets of products they do not require yet in a way that is both safe and efficient.
All standard reach truck models would have an out-rigging mechanism secured to the front of the machinery. Telescoping forks are mounted to the out-rigging and could move up and down. The tines also include a hydraulic system which enables the driver to lift the load and move it over the out-riggers. This design not only offers much more balance to the whole load, but makes it really easy for the reach truck to maneuver between the storage shelves into narrow aisles.
After the reach truck finds the shelves which are designated for the pallet, the hydraulics allow the forks to swing into position and lower the pallet into the shelving, sliding the pallet into position. Normally, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle that is less than 10 feet wide with no trouble, as long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
