Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you complete your requirements, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. If accuracy and precision are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been designed and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to place materials in a more precise manner. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being engineered and developed all the time and would debut in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For example, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the extension of the boom and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
